Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Handyman Saver. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at handymansaver.com (the "Site") and the services offered by AlphaCrew Holdings LLC, doing business as Handyman Saver ("Handyman Saver," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Services

Handyman Saver provides residential repair and improvement services, including but not limited to electrical work, HVAC service, pool repair, remodeling, and general handyman services (collectively, the "Services"), primarily within the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. All Services are subject to availability, scheduling, and confirmation of your location within our service area.

2. Estimates & Quotes

  • Estimates provided through the Site, by email, or in person are free of charge unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • An estimate is not a binding contract. Work begins only after you approve a written quote.
  • Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
  • If unforeseen conditions are discovered after work begins (for example, hidden damage, code issues, or structural problems), we will pause the affected work and obtain your approval before performing any additional work at additional cost.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations & Access

  • Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge with at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice.
  • You agree to provide our technicians safe and reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time.

4. Payment

  • Payment terms will be stated on your approved quote or invoice.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work.
  • Larger projects may require a deposit and/or progress payments, which will be described in your quote.
  • Unpaid balances may be subject to a late charge as permitted by applicable law.

5. Workmanship

We stand behind our work. If you believe there is a problem with work we performed, notify us at support@handymansaver.com and we will promptly inspect it and, where we determine our workmanship was at fault, correct it. Any warranty terms, if offered for a specific project, will be stated in writing in your quote or invoice. Materials, fixtures, and equipment are covered by their manufacturers' warranties where applicable, and we will reasonably assist you with manufacturer warranty claims. This section does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations by others, normal wear and tear, or pre-existing conditions not part of the work we performed.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • You represent that you own the property where Services are performed or have the owner's authorization.
  • You agree to disclose known hazards or conditions relevant to the work (for example, aluminum wiring, asbestos, prior leaks).
  • You are responsible for securing pets and removing fragile or valuable items from the work area.

7. Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, submit false or misleading requests, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the Site. All content on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, and the Handyman Saver name and logo — is the property of AlphaCrew Holdings LLC and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent. Photographs on the Site depict actual projects performed by our crew.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handyman Saver's total liability arising out of or related to the Services or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Services giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use or loss of profits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlphaCrew Holdings LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our negligence or misconduct.

10. Dispute Resolution

We want to make things right. If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@handymansaver.com so we can attempt to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Services were performed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
